"Never returned my fiances call for a quote in September after they spent over 5 minutes on the phone with Peggy's secretary for over 5 minutes secretary was really nice but Peggy acts like a very rude spoiled child when she gets feedback. She will reply to this saying I don't have a policy with them but again I said she failed to return my fiances call not mine so... We do in fact have a policy with state farm but we had to go through the medina agent Sam instead highly recommend him over Peggy because Peggy wouldn't return my fiances call for a quote like we were told she would by her secretary."

"They took my May payment out of my account on May 8th I ended my insurance on May 16th. They took another payment out on June 8th after I canceld my insurance mid month in May. They have not returned my money to my account and they are also trying to cheat me out of some of the payment they took out in June stating that I owed them 60 dollars from May. How is that possible when I canceled my policy 8 days after they took the May payment out. Then they told me that they sent me an email to set up Zelle pay to receive my refund, I never received any email I checked my spam and inbox now I have to get my attorney involved. Find another agent other than this one."
