"Having been a fully paying customer er for 29 years, State Farm and the local agency decided they didn't want me as a customer any longer. Together my policies were cut in coverage, even on a car with a note outstanding, against my request and desire to have full coverage. Additionally my daughter's had accidents caused and at fault by others, yet they were marked against my policy and caused increased rates and the decision to cancel coverage. If you have been paying in for 20+ years with no claims, you are retained because they make money hand over fist. Once you have an accident not your fault, they will make your life miserable. The final straw is that they have refused to pay a medical claim related to one of the accidents after having had the vill for over 6 months and multiple copies. Now the state attorney general is coming after me for garnishment for a bill they have stated multiple times that they acknowledge is their responsibility."
